In the tutorials to teach you tnt basic, there is a little piece of code that's like:

Graphics Mode 640,480
set pen colour make color (255,0,0)
Fill Rect 20,20 to 50,50
Draw Frame
Wait mouse button

IT doesn't work. When I try to play it it says it doesn't understand what wait is. What's the problem?

The code piece you posted worked for me, so it's probably a problem in the rest of the code. Perhaps there's a fade down but no fade up?

Do you have to fade up and down. How do you do it?

I typed in fade up and it didn't do anything different. Still blank. Do i need any more code. What I typed is all i had except that i added fade up. My code is like this now, the whole thing:

Graphics Mode 640,480
fade up
set pen colour make colour (255,0,0)
fill rect 20,20 to 50,50
draw frame
wait mouse click

It's still black. I don't know whats wrong. I've tried with fade up and without it

Oh sorry, my mistake. I thought that you had other code that might have had a "fade down" in it, but if that is the whole code, you don't need a fade up.

I ran that code on my computer and it worked. I have no idea why it's not working for you.

try to write "vbl sync off" after graphics mode. I heard os X could not handle VBL sync properly.
