Bug in fill poly under graphics mode hardware

Hi, as you can see from the code given below, I have a significant problem with fill poly not working as expected. I'm using v1.12 under Mac OSX 10.2.4.

Any help would be appreciated.

int x,y,x1,y1,offs


x = 100
y = 100

x1 = 400
y1 = 100

offs = 100

graphics mode hardware 1024,768 ' set to hardware mode, the square draws but the triangle doesn't

set pen colour white
fill poly x,y to x+offs,y to x+offs,y+offs to x,y+offs ' draw white square
fill poly x1,y1 to x1+offs,y1 to x1+offs,y1+offs ' draw white triangle
draw frame

while mouse button = false
wend

graphics mode 1024,768 ' set to software mode, they both draw

set pen colour red
fill poly x,y to x+offs,y to x+offs,y+offs to x,y+offs ' draw red square
fill poly x1,y1 to x1+offs,y1 to x1+offs,y1+offs ' draw red triangle
draw frame

while mouse button = false
wend

end
