Exact sprite collision in Graphics Mode Hardware does not work.
On your example "Collision Detection" simply put "Graphics mode hardware", and the exact collision works as "rough" collision.

Sorry, but the current version of TNT Basic doesn't support exact collision in hardware mode.

The problem is that TNT Basic doesn't know what the sprite looks like after being spun and scaled without working it out for itself, which kind of defeats the object of have the graphics card doing it. So without knowing what the exact collision mask looks like, it has to use rough collisions.

We'll hopefully figure something out to solve this in the future. Sorry.
