I am making a simple game to test TNT Basic out. I have about 51 lines of code between "while not mouse button" and "wend." When I check the syntax, I get "Syntax error." It highlights the text "wend." Does anyone know what is wrong?

Hi Ashlin,

The "Syntax Error" message is a catch all error message for when TNT Basic can't figure your code out, it means that your code doesn't make sense.

In this case, it's probably due to an extra 'wend' statement in your code, check that you've not already but a 'wend' before the one that's highlighted (hint count the whiles and wends in your code, there should be an equal number).

We will have to make the error reporting for these errors a bit better - sorry!

I checked to see if there were extra whiles or wends, but there are none. How could this be?

It's probably another errornous control flow command. Post your code here and I'll have a look.

Thanks, but I somehow fixed it on my own. I just deleted some extra code that I didn't really need.
