:-(

I just registered TNT Basic and went to Build it.

When it built I decided to test it. I doubleclick the TNT barrel that appeared on the desktop (Where I told it to go) and the system froze faster than a DeLorean coming out of Temporal Flux. And I mean FROZEN!

No mouse. Nothing. No Kernel Panic. Just FROZEN.

I let it sit for a minute but nothing. I had to press the small reset button.

And when it returned to the desktop the once a beautiful TNT barrel icon was now a 32x32 version of itself. Now I'm afraid to double-click it for fear that it's not a one time thing.

Please tell me ths won't be happening all the time. Please.

TNT Basic is the first shareware program I ever paid for. I hope it's not in vain. :-(

I'll double-click it again later. Maybe it won't happen again. But if it does.. I hope there's a fix.

Oh, it was TNT Basic 2.02 on OS X 10.1.2.

Bug

That sounds like a very serious bug. We've not had that one ourselves but is there any chance you can send us your file so we can see if we can get it on ours as well. How big is it?

Thanks,
John

It is 2 MB uncompressed. But only 640k Stuffed.

I want to test it again before I send it. Maybe it was a fluke.

It's not doing it anymore. I figure it was a fluke. Or maybe it didn't compile correctly the first time. But I recompiled it and it works fine now.

If it happens again, I'll tell ya.

Ok, we can turn off the "Red Alert" sign now. ;-)

I can't get this to happen on my machine either, let us know if you can get it to happen again Jason. If it does, can you email us the built application that causes the crash.

Thanks for your patience!

Mark

No problem.

But let's hope it NEVER happens. ;-)
