Hey everyone, I've got a question about what TNT basic can do.

Can you make a (really basic) first person shooter? I was thinking about making a remake of FaceBall, I don't think it would be that hard. It uses sprites, so maybe we could figure it out.

In 3D? Then not really with its current features

Some people have done 'fake 3D' but that's not handy and not really cool-looking.

It is most certainly *possible*... if you want to go *that* way. Seriously, though, if you are willing enough to make 3D in TNTBasic then I suggest you go learn a more sophisticated language like C and use it with OpenGL instead. You'd be saving time for yourself ;).

Dont even need to use OpenGL directly - there are awesome toolkits like Ogre that help you render magnificent images very easily.

However this of course is no 'get-a-game-in-a-few-clicks' solution, you need to be serious about it.
