Even though Mark doesn't say so, i'm pretty sure TNT is dead. It's obvious that he doesn,t have time anymore for this. A year ago, a promised an update would shortly come out ( it was in a few days he said ) and now it's been over a year. If he can't spend a few days per year on TNT, i don't think this is good news!

@danlurie: Do you think/know TNT Basic is dead but there's something better? WHAT is something better?

Do you know more?

Or should we start coding with xcode from apple ;-) ?

Hope you can give me some answers!

Here's the deal, boyos. Blitz Basic will be coming to the Mac. It rules. If you have a PC, try the demos.

In the meantime, if you want to play with something free, try http://sdlbasic.sourceforge.net

It has to be compiled, but the syntax looks very easy. Since SDL runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac, anything you make in it should, too.

TNT basic is alive as long as it works and people write stuff in it. still, it works ok for many projects, and is definetely the easiest thing with wich make games on the mac

If he can't get a registration code after a week, he probably wont be writing anything in TNT.
